The Shop

Farm Fresh is a family venture and was started with the idea of delivering fresh quality produce to the local community. Owned and operated by the Conning family, our aim is to provide as much fresh fruit and vege from local farms directly to the public. Approximately 50% of the produce sold in the store is produced on our blocks. Farm Fresh is located in the Appleby Village complex on the cnr of McShane Rd and SH 60. The Farm

Rob and Cheryl Conning have been farming the Waimea plains for over 40 years and all 3 sons are all involved in the family business. We farm around 15-18 different blocks across the region, where we grow a large variety of fruits and vegetables, from our onsite nursery we start with a seed, to provide Farm Fresh with the best produce.

As well as our own produce, we also stock products from other local suppliers. Our goal is to become a destination for local, artisanal foods.
